Our Support Staff

Multiple-Intelligences Specialists in Music, Dance, Movement & Theatre

Our curriculum is designed to incorporate Howard Gardner's “Multiple Intelligences” approach to learning:

  • Verbal (linguistic)
  • Logical (mathematical)
  • Spatial
  • Musical
  • Kinesthetic
  • Interpersonal
  • Intrapersonal

During the day, the pedagogista,atelierista,teachers,and specialists in music, dance, movement, and theatre work with children to engage all seven intelligences.   This work increases the possibilities for student success and creates the opportunity to, in Margaret Mead's words, “weave a social fabric in which each diverse human gift will find a fitting place.”

Food and Nutrition Specialists

Our goal is to provide healthy food in our breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack.   Our meals minimize sweets and maximize servings of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.

Our chefs provide a standard menu and a vegetarian menu each day, both of which are covered by tuition.
